The Rams are at an exciting stage of growth and looking for an Employee Experience Intern to assist with HR projects, including recruitment of new hires in the 2024 off-season. 

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews for multiple departments  
  • Maintain and properly handle employee files 
  • Create and provide welcome packages for new hires 
  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee data and processes within the company’s HRIS (i.e., onboarding, title changes, etc.) 
  • Assist with team expense reports 
  • Provide support with college outreach and university job board postings
  • Collaborate with employee experience team members to assist in resolving any employee related matters
  • Track progress, deadlines and priorities of all Employee Experience projects 
  • Assist with analysis of annual data reports (internal, NFL, state mandated, etc.)
  • Assist the Employee Experience department with projects as needed 

 

Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities)

  • 0 – 1 year experience in any area of Human Resources 
  • Previous experience in recruiting preferred
  • Able to work in a professional and confidential manner 
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Efficiently work in a fast-paced flexible environment 
  • Personal transportation to and from the office/offsite events 
  • Desire to grow in a Human Resources field 
  • Required to physically be in the office three days a week (flexible on days/times) 
  • The internship is expected to be from March 1 – August 3, 2024  
  • Ability to work 20 - 40 hours a week and overtime as needed 

 

Salary: $16/hr.
