What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will drive implementation of strategic business initiatives for the Commercial Leadership Team. A consistent track record of project management experience in a fast-paced environment is expected as is the ability to frame decisions through compelling analytics, critical thinking, and strategic recommendations. This highly analytical role will require completing analyses and identifying potential business and efficiency opportunities. Key to the role is support of the KRYSTEXXA team, including various activities required by cross-functional partners.
- Manage, prioritize, and contribute to strategic and operational initiatives helping to drive execution across functional groups.
- Advance execution on key initiatives to support the KRYSTEXXA agenda while using data driven decisions.
- Liaison for commercial operations to the KRYSTEXXA Sales, Patient Services, Marketing, & Analytics organizations to coordinate the overall operations of strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Effectively work with all key partners to ensure alignment and provide impact to the business.
- Provide insights and commercial advice while maintaining an understanding of the industry trends, and best practices.
- Amplify Commercial communication: Develop presentations on behalf of KRYSTEXXA leaders for key constituents such as the Rare Disease Business Unit Leadership Team
- Manage complex projects, on-time and on-budget.

- Doctorate degree and 2 years of operations and analytics experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
