We seek licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Beaverton, OR location.

Clinicians have flexible scheduling with a hybrid option.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Independent Mental Health License in Oregon
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Minimum of two years of clinical experience as an independent mental health licensee
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with children or adolescents
Experience with couples or family counseling
Experience with health psychology

About Urban Counseling Collective

Urban Counseling Collective (UCC) is a premier outpatient group practice providing services in Oregon throughout the Willamette Valley. UCC was started in July 2018 in Beaverton, OR, as a mental health-focused practice to provide high-quality care in a therapeutic and calming setting. Since then, UCC has expanded and opened another practice location in Salem to bring much-needed mental health services to the Mid-Valley region. It was established as a collaborative group practice where clinicians have the freedom and autonomy to practice at the top of their license and to help individuals and families with mental health conditions.
