Supply Logistics Coordinator

Randstad is seeking a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to work with Production Genotyping labs. As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and procurement of Precision Genomics inventory and supplies. The role will also include additional various tasks in sample receiving, reagent inventory auditing, and various lab inventory related tasks. Work Hours: Monday - Friday - 10am - 6pm. Relocation cost reimbursement is not available for this position, local candidates are highly desired.  

salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

Manage Precision Genomics inventory:

Counting, tracking orders, moving inventory, Giving updates on the supply. Inventory Data analytics:

Developing and maintaining inventory analytics using a variety of analytical software. For example, Spotfire or Maintenance Connection. Input data and interpret the data to lab teams. Working with vendors on any ordering issues, and planning

Coordinate with lab team members on their needs. Finding alternatives for backorders Communicate with different functional teams. Ordering office supplies. Must Haves:

Associate or Bachelors degree is required. 1-3 years in Supply Chain Management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software. Experience with Spotfire, Python or other analytical software is a plus. Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills are a must. Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced- team-based work environment
