The Ford Agency is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for one of DC's top corporate law firms. The Coordinator will be involved with managing relationships with law schools, coordinating on-campus interviews, and will serve as the point of contact throughout the recruiting process and support summer associate programs and events.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate on-campus interview programs and other logistics with law schools
- Manage schedule for candidate interviews
- Serve as point of contact for candidate inquiries
- Maintain relationships with law school career services departments
- Design and implement firm branding campaigns for enhanced campus presence
- Update and maintain accurate candidate information in databases
- Coordinate events, internal training programs, and mentor assignments
- Assist with lateral associate recruiting and hiring processes
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm
- Law firm experience
- Strong technical skills to include MS Office, viDesktop a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
