The Ford Agency is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for one of DC's top corporate law firms. The Coordinator will be involved with managing relationships with law schools, coordinating on-campus interviews, and will serve as the point of contact throughout the recruiting process and support summer associate programs and events.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate on-campus interview programs and other logistics with law schools
  • Manage schedule for candidate interviews
  • Serve as point of contact for candidate inquiries
  • Maintain relationships with law school career services departments
  • Design and implement firm branding campaigns for enhanced campus presence
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate information in databases
  • Coordinate events, internal training programs, and mentor assignments
  • Assist with lateral associate recruiting and hiring processes


Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm
  • Law firm experience
  • Strong technical skills to include MS Office, viDesktop a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
