Overview:
- Provider must have a minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care Family Practice - pediatric through geriatric.
- High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
- 36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin built into schedule
- Direct patient care time is 50% acute care and 50% established patient panel
- Comfortable having own patient panel, be efficient and autonomous
- Work collaboratively with other MDs, DOs, and APPs in clinics
- Monday through Friday 8-5, periodic Saturday 1/2 day clinic
- Average of 18-20 patients per day
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA
