Job Summary
Job Description
• Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce applications.
• Complete service request tasks related to Salesforce accounts. Tasks include but not limited to troubleshooting user issues, Creating/Managing user roles, record types, profile management, user creation, custom lists, profile, page layouts, workflow, account provisioning, approval rules, and permission sets.
• Meets with end users to develop or fine tune report which track meaningful metrics.
• Assists in requirements gathering, design, testing and implementation of enhancements and modularity projects supported by Salesforce.
• Gather required information for Salesforce Service Request ticketing system. Information may include contacting requestor for additional information, steps to reproduce, or meetings to discuss open ticket.
• Perform bulk loads to update various records.
• Engage support vendor when necessary.
• Develop and maintain internal department documentation pertaining to Salesforce team.
• Develop, produce, distribute, and update training materials for employees as it pertains to Salesforce usage and respective applications.
• Provide training and support to agency staff as necessary.
• Take lead role when assigned.
• Other tasks as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree or six years of professional experience with software administration in lieu of degree.
• Minimum two years of professional experience with the administration in Salesforce or other Enterprise software.
• Attention to detail and follow up, and verbal/written communications skills.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to manage projects, assignments and competing priorities.
Desired
• Advanced Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science.
• Minimum three years of professional experience with the administration of Salesforce or other Enterprise software.
• Minimum two years of professional experience with Service Cloud (email to case, case assignment rules, etc.).
• Minimum two years of professional experience with training or content development.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in support of the implementation or maintenance and operations for Medicaid and department-wide systems.
