Our client is looking to hire a dynamic Salesforce technology engineer with expertise in Salesforce administration, a solid foundation in accounting and finance business processes, and demonstrated project management experience. This position will work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Accounting and Product leaders to achieve the highest level of service and solution development for the company’s technology platforms.

This position will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Services within the Global Technology Solutions department (GTS).


Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch technical support for enterprise-level clients, addressing issues related to Salesforce implementation and administration.
  • Utilize accounting and finance knowledge to assist clients with financial systems and resolving related issues.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce platform customization, configuration, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution designs
  • Play a key role in identifying emerging technology solutions that align with business needs and operational efficiencies.
  • Managing and Troubleshooting multi-system integrations and syncs.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, customization, and support.
  • Strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to understand and address financial system integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred.
