The System Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the PEO IWS mission by providing support in the areas of program planning, execution, and control.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain System Engineering (SE) artifacts including Risk Management Plans (RMP), Systems Engineering Plans (SEP), Program Management Plans, Integration and Configuration Management Master Plans (ICMMP) and Capabilities Matrices in single location accessible to approved government personnel.
  • Collect, analyze, and report program performance data, including financial, technical, and schedule information.
  • Support program reviews and briefings by preparing materials and presentations, documenting action items, and tracking progress.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support program objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
