Behavioral Health Residential Treatment Facility Director

TTF is recruiting for a Residential Treatment Facility Director to manage a 120 bed women's treatment facility in Escondido, CA.  This is a direct-hire opportunity, with a salary ranging between 120k - 130k and excellent benefits.   

The Director role will provide clinical supervision to all direct service staff which may include group and/or individual clinical supervision in a safe and supportive environment for staff, students, and participants. The Director may be asked to assist with the delivery of direct services that may include clinical assessments, individual, family, and group behavioral health services. The Director will also support the program with the provision of clinical trainings and be available to staff for clinical consultations and will be part of the Manager On Call rotation. S/he acts as a liaison between the agency and outside organizations, linking clients with the appropriate resources to meet their health, mental health, and human service needs. 
 
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years as a licensed Psychologist, LMFT, or LCSW, as well as have 3 years of management experience within behavioral health.
