Transportation Shift Leader

Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday) 

Hourly Rate: $29/HR 

Benefits: Benefits, PTO and Vacation go into effect on DAY ONE 

Assist the Transportation Supervisor/Manager with coordinating the daily fleet, i.e., maintenance repairs, to include preventative maintenance, breakdown issues, and dispatches. Support drivers with maintaining all company fleet assets, including regular audits and fleet, equipment, and parts evaluation.

Ability to work flexible shifts. Main schedule is Sunday to Thursday, afternoon shift.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist Supervisor with getting equipment back up and running most efficiently and cost-effectively available
  • Assist with coordination of repairs between service center/vendor, on-site technician, and follow-up
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot fleet maintenance issues and communicate those to the service vendor
  • Assist customers/franchisees with service issues and drivers with store access
  • Coordinate local backhauls with yard driver and other resources
  • Assist with monitoring driver logs for compliance
  • Assist with building daily outbound packages, including keys
  • Works with operations to establish a program for fleet use and availability
  • Maintain a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, and local, state, and federal requirements
  • Wear and follow Domino’s Pizza uniform standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support the efficient operations of the center

30% of your time will be spent:

  • Assist with re-deliveries as needed
  • As business dictates, run a route when necessary
