We're offering starting pay of $30 to $58 hourly, plus full union benefits

In this role, you will provide technical expertise to large tonnage commercial chillers. You'll be responsible for the operations, repairs, replacement, and preventative maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, controls, vane axial fans and other large building mechanical equipment.

Your day to day will include:

Maintaining and repairing central plant equipment, including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, vane axial fans, and other auxiliary equipment. Supporting the office with recommended repairs from delivery to completion. End-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning. Scheduling and manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties for chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment. Performing daily and monthly preventative maintenance on all associated equipment of chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment. Providing technical support and troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all on-site equipment. Working directly with the Chiller Field Supervisor on new and existing customer opportunities or issues.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in maintaining with large tonnage (100+) commercial chillers Working knowledge of desktop computers and Internet-based programs High School Diploma or GED EPA Universal Certification Available for emergency service calls through an 'on call' rotation Valid Driver's License Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
