Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage the repair and maintenance of chillers
  • Address customer service inquiries and warranty requests
  • Supervise inventory control and order necessary spare parts
  • Engage with suppliers to resolve technical issues
  • Assist in event setups by preparing chillers and tubs
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach
Technical Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of power flow in electrical systems
  • Experience in servicing heat pumps
  • Possession of personal transportation and tools for repairs
  • Fluency in English is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with compressors, brazing techniques, or firmware
  • Access to a personal garage or workbench for repair tasks
Additional Skills:
  • Familiarity with specific software or tools is a plus
Position Type: Part-time, Contractor

Work Schedule: 5-10 hours per week, afternoon shifts

Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour
