  • The successful candidate will balance their time between working in the office (minimum of two days) and working from home.
  • As the Senior Human Resources Consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources operational and consultative support to managers and employees on people-related matters in the areas of benefits administration, employee relations and communication, compliance reporting, policy administration, and talent acquisition.
  • Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA. Effectively interprets FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
  • 8+ years in a progressive HR Generalist/Consultant role with ability to lead, mentor, and motivate others to achieve optimal performance.
  • This level of knowledge is acquired through completion of a required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related degree required.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRM Systems, specifically Ultimate Software experience is preferred.
