**Job Details**

* Critical Care Program covers both facilities
* Hospital Beds: ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 300; Oconomowoc Memorial 58
* ICU Beds: ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 24; Oconomowoc 10
* Mandatory Consult ICUs
* Physician shifts: 7a-7p (on site Waukesha); 7p-7a On-call (for both facilities with Telemedicine capabilities)
* NPPA shifts: Physician available via call or telemedicine 24-7
* Waukesha 7a-7p; 7p-7a
* Oconomowoc 7a-7p
* 7-on; 7-off scheduling
* NPPAs rotate between the two sites if they are not Nocturnists
* EMR: EPIC
* Nurse Practitioners must be ACNP certified
* Full-time providers are employed with benefits
