Job Description:

Kansas City University College of Dental Medicine seeks Research Assistants to support research activities within the KCU College of Dental Medicine. These research activities may include biomedical, clinical, epidemiological, and social
behavioral research.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with data collection, entry, analysis, interpretation, and graphical representation with research mentoroversight and guidanceDirectly interact with subjects to collect self-reported dataAbstract data from records and previously collected dataProvide follow-up assessmentsDocumentation development, searching, retrieving, and synthesizing literature, record-keeping, and reportpreparationOther duties may be assigned in accordance with curricular objectives, learning outcomes, and research relatedneeds
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college in a life science fieldKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness and ability to interact with research subjects according to their availability at locations and times that may occur outside of a "typical" work day (e.g. offsite clinics, communities, and other locations)
