Jax brings the coast to the coast-less. Inspired by the timeless fish houses of the East, West, and Gulf shorelines, we create incredible memories and share delicious food and drink with friends and family. Everyone is welcome at Jax. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing delicious food with craft and intention; in addition to other heart of house duties (prep, set-up, safety, cleaning, breakdown) and assisting the Chefs and the HOH team, our kitchen crew provides remarkable guest experiences We have the highest standards of quality, consistency, flavor, plating and are the front lines of guaranteeing flat out deliciousness.
