Job Summary:
HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood is seeking to recruit a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to provide support to a busy, employed Neurosurgeon in the north Houston suburb community of Kingwood. The position is open to established PAs with neurosurgery experience, or new grads interested in the neurosurgery service line.Qualified candidates:
- Certification as a Physician Assistant
- Ability to obtain or maintain an active Texas medical license
- New grad PA's will be considered - but must have strong neurosurgery experience or passion for neurosurgery.
- Must be people-oriented and willing to learn
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
- 10 to 12 days of call a month
- Responsibilities include: rounding on patients & seeing consults in the hospital, first assisting in the operating room, and seeing new/established/post-operative patients on clinic days
