You will use your professional customer service skills to complete tasks while maintaining positive customer/client relationships.

Highlights:

    Responsibilities:

    • Make collection calls to remind stakeholders of outstanding invoices
    • Produce collection letters/notices for review by the Business Manager
    • Establish good relationships with facilities to obtain information to assist with the collection process
    • Make outgoing calls to insurers, responsible parties, and others to follow up on rejected claims and to garner accurate insurance information
    • Assist the Business Manager with credit card payments, statement inquiries, audits, and collections
    • Collaborate with co-workers to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently
    • Managed care organization billing - IRIS
    • Third-party insurance audits
    • Create and D/C billing groups
    • Monitor and take appropriate actions on assigned Veridikal Reports
    • Facility cycle billing
    • Assist with prior authorization collection

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent degree
      • 1+ years of related experience (an advanced degree may be considered in place of experience)
      • Strong computer proficiency - pharmacy operations system experience preferred
      • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service
      • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines
