Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit as per clinical guidelines and protocols.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring patient health and recording vital signs.
Responding to medical emergencies and providing life-saving interventions.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Providing patient and family education and support.
May include rotations in the Stepdown Unit
Qualifications:
Current RN License in State or Multistate License (if Compact Nursing License applies).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU and/or Stepdown nursing.
Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred.
BLS and ACLS Certifications from the American Heart Association.
Background check, drug test, and competency test required.
COVID-19 Vaccination with POV.
