Responsibilities:
Order Entry: Accurately enter orders into our system, ensuring all necessary information is included and entered correctly.
Purchase Order (PO) Creation and Setup: Create purchase orders based on customer orders and ensure they are properly set up in our system.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining order records. Must be comfortable with formulas, functions, and data manipulation.
Timely Execution: Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and shipping to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order entry or related administrative roles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business administration or related field is a plus.
