Overview:
CORT Furniture Rental is hiring immediately for a Seasonal Dispatch Administrator in Moorestown, NJ  

We're seeking an experienced call center and/or dispatch representative Our Centralized Dispatch Team is currently overseeing the route planning and execution for a growing number of our nationwide district operations. As a seasonal dispatch admin, you will provide administrative and operational support to CORT's centralized dispatch team.

Pay: $21 per hour 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. 

Note: This position is urgent and will and last through mid-October.

What We Offer:
Hourly pay rate; weekly pay; paid training; 40 hours/week with occasional overtime opportunities

Optional 401(k) retirement plan enrollment

Responsibilities:
Assist current team with admin functions.

Email and Phone support as advised by manager.

Send system generated 24hrs call ahead.

Respond to calls from CORT customer support and sales teams.

Provide quick system-related support.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have some or all the below skills/background experience: 

6 months of professional dispatching experience preferred

Previous employment working in a high-volume call center

3-5 years of customer service experience

Utilization of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Technical savviness with software and email (typing in excess of 40wpm)

The ability to multitask is a must
