Overview:
CORT Furniture Rental is** **hiring **immediately** for a Seasonal Dispatch Administrator in** Moorestown, NJ**

We're seeking an experienced call center and/or dispatch representative Our Centralized Dispatch Team is currently overseeing the route planning and execution for a growing number of our nationwide district operations. As a seasonal dispatch admin, you will provide administrative and operational support to CORT's centralized dispatch team.

**Pay**: $21 per hour

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

Note: This position is urgent and will and last through mid-October.

What We Offer:

- Hourly pay rate; weekly pay; paid training; 40 hours/week with occasional overtime opportunities
- Optional 401(k) retirement plan enrollment

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist current team with admin functions.
- Send system generated 24hrs call ahead.
- Respond to calls from CORT customer support and sales teams.
- Provide quick system-related support.

Qualifications:

- 6 months of professional dispatching experience preferred
- Previous employment working in a high-volume call center
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Utilization of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- The ability to multitask is a must
