A day in the life of our Managers:

Our Team arrives between 8-8:45am. We make sure they have everything they need for the day and send them to our client's homes with a smile on their face. We do feedback calls to the previous day's clients, answer sales calls & client questions and prepare for the next day. We do interviews, training of new Team members and coaching as needed. Occasionally, we leave the office to check on the Quality of the jobs done or do an onsite quote for a new client. In addition, we are doing typical office duties such as filing, answering calls, texts, emails, laundry and stocking shelves.
