We’re hiring Café Attendants to Live. Work. Explore. at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon

Job Summary:
Serve food on the cafeteria line, bus tables, clean, and stock supplies. Assist guests by building, packaging, and delivering orders in a fast-paced work environment.

The Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $14.90 per hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests.
  • Be advised of daily specials and menu items to easily describe items to the guests.
  • Ensure that all items are fully stocked
  • Assist with inventory and orders for products needed.
  • Maintain portion control and use proper rotation and presentation of all items.
  • Keep area clean and sanitary at all times.
  • Maintain temperature logs and sanitation logs.
  • Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all safety and risk management policies while performing job.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous fast food or food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of guests.
