Job Summary: As a Sous Chef at Pierre's Restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in menu development and food preparation, contributing to our renowned dining experience. Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 6+ years of culinary management experience in a fine dining or upscale hotel setting. A deep passion for hospitality and exceptional cuisine. Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capability to work effectively under pressure. Availability for extended work hours, demonstrating flexibility and motivation.Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and elevate culinary operations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional dining experience. Manage and guide kitchen staff, promoting excellence and creativity. Uphold stringent food quality and safety standards. Conduct comprehensive kitchen management, including scheduling, recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff.
