Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team at Pierre's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, menu development, and ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and elevate culinary operations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional dining experience.
- Manage and guide kitchen staff, promoting excellence and creativity.
- Uphold stringent food quality and safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive kitchen management, including scheduling, recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff.
- Ensure adherence to health regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Minimum of 6+ years of culinary management experience in a fine dining or upscale hotel setting.
- A deep passion for hospitality and exceptional cuisine.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capability to work effectively under pressure.
