Your Role As Manager of Revenue Care, Forwarding Subledger (FSL) with in Operational Care Center (OCC) you are responsible to manage and lead the execution of the areasâ Sea Logistics FSL strategy. This includes accountability of FSL management and delivering on the concept of Daily GP. A continuous drive to improve Quality, Timeliness and Productivity at scale with a clear focus on KPIs are the critical deliverables expected. Collaboration with our internal customers with a focus to enable Sea Logistics CCR 2.0 is fundamental to the success of this role. Managing and coaching staff with the aim to develop their careers and drive a strong sense of customer centricity is equally important. You are the expert in finance operational processes and drive a team to provide first-class services according to the global and regional Sea Freight standards. Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of strategies of the OCC in collaboration with management and in line
    with the business strategy.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration across all branches.
  • Develop and implement methods to increase branch satisfaction and confidence supported with clear
    and measured performance metrics.
  • Accountable to achieve FSL Quality, Timeliness and Productivity KPIs.
  • Implement measures to drive and communicate transparency of the FSL team performance toward the
    branches.
  • Proactively inform key stakeholders when revenues deviate materially vs target.
  • Assist the FSL team to identify and address root causes leading to repeating inefficiencies.
  • Ensure FSL memo codes are applied at the highest quality level and in accordance with Working
    Instructions.
  • Identify and lead projects with clear and measured focus to improve FSL Quality, Timeliness and
    Productivity.
  • Actively provide the team with all needed coaching, training, and support to develop their careers.
  • Ensure 100% compliance of the invoicing team on Code of Conduct.
  • Minimize loss files based on analysis of loss files and/or âUnexpectedâ low GP.
  • Monthly Calls with each areaâs ZF Representative to discuss open items such as deferrals.
  • Immediately report concerns, invoicing disputes, or credit check failures to the correct CCL Team
  • Continuous improvement of processes and practices to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Profit Maximization â avoid additional costs & expenses due to in-accurate payments or late Invoicing.
  • Support and review daily Forwarding Sub Ledger (FSL) activities including month end closing for
    Accounts handled through OCC P&L (no involvement of CCL)
  • Identify and communicate potential gaps in processes to OCC & CCL Leadership Teams
  • Establish and maintain a positive Employee Experience
Your Skills and Experiences
  • 3+ years' experience in Transportation or Freight Forwarding; with majority of experience in
    Sea Logistics is preferred
  • 2 years' experience in a financially focused role is preferred
  • 2 Years KN/OCC operational experience
  • 2 Years Leadership experience
  • Work Environment - In office position; typical office and computer lab environment
  • Travel â 15% domestic
