In this role you will:

As Operations Manager, you will direct and coordinate operations to improve productivity and efficiency in the Front Office, and Restaurant/Banquets.  

In this role you will be responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing team members while maintaining the integrity of the company. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum of three to five years’ related experience in a luxury brand hotel  At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel setting Previous Housekeeping and/Front Desk Management experience preferred Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms(OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) Schedule flexibility is a must Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
