Marketing & Sales Director

Job Overview:
Aranar Hospitality is seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Marketing & Sales Director to take charge of promoting our luxury villa and forthcoming Aranar Luxury Landscape Hotel development. This role is crucial in driving brand recognition, achieving full occupancy rates, and positioning Aranar as both the best luxury hospitality option in the region and a sought-after national getaway destination.
The ideal candidate will not only lead social media efforts but also build a comprehensive content marketing plan that goes beyond basic posts, cementing our brand through storytelling, partnerships, and strategic campaigns that generate excitement and buzz. This individual will be responsible for building up hype for the new development and driving presale stays, as well as establishing Aranar as the ultimate destination for relaxation and luxury in the area and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing and sales strategy that will drive maximum occupancy rates for both the villa and the new Aranar Luxury Landscape Hotel project.
- Create and maintain a content marketing plan that involves more than social media—this includes blogs, email marketing, digital partnerships, influencer marketing, PR campaigns, and community outreach to strengthen our position as a luxury hospitality brand locally and nationally.
- Oversee the presale marketing and hype-building efforts for the new development, driving awareness and early bookings months in advance of opening.
- Craft compelling brand messaging that reflects Aranar’s luxury appeal and showcases its unique value as a destination, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Lead a variety of campaigns to attract both local visitors and national travelers, utilizing a range of online platforms (social media, website, SEO) and traditional marketing (local partnerships, print, events).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content—from video storytelling to progress updates and founder narratives—that tells the story of Aranar’s evolution and the new development.
- Build and foster relationships with local businesses, vendors, and influencers to create synergistic partnerships and exclusive offerings, enhancing both local engagement and out-of-market draw.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign data to continuously optimize marketing strategies and adjust tactics for greater impact.
- Create innovative pre-launch marketing campaigns that build anticipation for the Aranar Luxury Landscape Hotel and generate presale bookings and waiting lists for opening stays.
- Regularly monitor and report on marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, web traffic, social media engagement, and booking inquiries, adjusting strategies as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership, ideally within luxury hospitality or related industries.
- Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel content marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, PR, SEO, and digital partnerships.
- Experience in creating marketing campaigns that build anticipation and hype for pre-sales or early access bookings, especially for new developments or grand openings.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while ensuring consistent branding across platforms.
- A deep understanding of the Ellicottville/Buffalo market and the ability to network and collaborate with local businesses and influencers to enhance brand awareness.
- Ability to combine creative marketing ideas with a results-driven approach to ensure the company’s goals are met.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign success and adapt marketing efforts for continued growth.
- Familiarity with luxury travel, hospitality trends, and customer expectations at a high-end property level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury hospitality or real estate development marketing.
- Proven track record of growing occupancy rates and pre-launch success for new properties or developments.
