We are looking for full-time and part-time BCBA's to service our clients in our Honolulu clinic, as well as in-home and in the community.
Duties:
Maintain a caseload of a clients ages 2-21 years old Oversee a team of behavior technicians, providing daily supervision and feedback regarding the implementation of treatment plans Conduct client intakes and initial assessments Conduct FBA's and create individualized behavior intervention plans Develop treatment plans based on results of assessments such as the VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R, and PEAK Provide consultation and training for parents, teachers, and community members Collaborate with outside professionals, teachers, and therapists For individuals seeking a leadership role:
Conduct interviews, new-hire onboarding and employee quarterly reviews Help develop policies and procedures to improve company functioning and productivity Design
oversee specific programs/offerings including our preschool program, adult day program, teens/social skills, parent training workshops, sports+extracurricular events, etc.
If you have a vision and passion for it, let us know Qualifications Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required Licensed as a behavior analyst in Hawaii - LBA certification Experience conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments.
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
