Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, order status, and general inquiries.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  5. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
  6. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  7. Adhere to call center metrics and performance targets, including call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and job performance.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  4. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  7. Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements and data security protocols.
