KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Detailed preparation of samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, removing tags & censors. Ensure all product is prepped in time for the assigned filming shift. Steaming skills requiredMaintain accurate labeling of product at receipt, during shoot, and upon return of productMaintain a clean and organized prep area in accordance with program and store guidelinesCommunicate product discrepancies and damage immediately to Project Coordinators and regional ProducerProcure items from the salesfloor as necessary, adhering to store guidelines for dress and customer interactionPartner with store logistics teams as needed to ensure inventory is checked out while filmingMaintain understanding of video sample process and corresponding toolsCommunicate with program teams via SlackCORE COMPETENCIES:
Drives Results: Persists in accomplishing objectives, even under tough circumstances. Has a track record of successfully achieving priorities.QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience
• Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
• Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible, and able to respond immediately to business changes and priorities.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
