PBGH currently has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Director of Costing & Allocations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Supervise and train personnel in the Costing Department
Analyze situations where target mark-up cannot be achieved.
Negotiate pre-costing and final cost target prices with factories
Maintain Costing schedule to meet the needs of all departments
Responsible for sourcing and allocations

Apparel production and/or apparel finance background
Strong negotiating skills
Accuracy of reports and analysis is key.
PLM desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Salary Range: 160K- 180K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
