As a full time, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician , you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.

Schedule : This position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 2:00PM.

About the Facility: Valir Rehabilitation Hospital utilizes an interdisciplinary approach with physicians, nurses, neuropsychologists, and dieticians working in concert with respiratory, recreational, physical, occupational and speech therapists to create personalized treatment programs. Services include orthopedic, neurological, multi-trauma, traumatic brain, spinal cord and stroke rehabilitation programs. It is also the only Oklahoma rehabilitation hospital that is accredited for Parkinson's disease. They provide both inpatient and outpatient services. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy utilizes Cerner order entry system, Pyxis dispensing cabinets, CPOE & EMAR, there are no IV drips made in the pharmacy. The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
Current Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician license REQUIRED
Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

(PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
(MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
Hep B3 Series (or declination)
(Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
COVID Vaccine
