Your Role As the National Air Logistics Implementation Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Project management team to meticulously manage and oversee critical client projects, ensuring they are executed within established timelines and yield the desired outcomes. Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of project.
  • Maintain all QuickSTAT client functionality and ensure compliance with agreed procedures.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • Report to the Senior Project Manager, North America
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 1+ years of industry experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
