APP Division Lead covering ICU sites of care in Nevada, California, Utah, Idaho, and Kansas

ICC Healthcare is seeking an experienced APP to join our critical care team as the Division Lead of Advanced Practice Providers for our Far West, Mountain, and Continental Divisions. 
 
Summary of Role:
This newly created position will be approximately 80% clinical and 20% supervisory/administrative.
APP will provide acute care to patients within the critical care departments utilizing advanced assessment, differential diagnosis, outcome identification, care planning and management, implementation of interventions, and evaluation of patient progress along the continuum of care. A wide degree of autonomy is expected. Providers will also supervise all APPs in assigned division, and provide constructive feedback and professional development of each APP. In addition, providers will support other divisional leaders with quality improvement activities and new program implementations.

Qualified Candidates:

  • Acute Care NP or PA degree required
  • Advanced Degree with leadership focus preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the critical care setting as an APP required
  • BLS and ACLS certified
  • Ability to obtain state licensure and DEA
  • Evidence of quality project management and leadership experience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel as needed, 6 sites of Care:
    •  Riverside, California
    •  Las Vegas, Nevada
    •  Salt Lake City, Utah
    •  Idaho Falls, Idaho
    •  Wichita, Kansas
