  • The CFO will play a critical role in the financial management of One Cross Community, an FQHC Look-Alike.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Oversee all bookkeeping functions including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Charitable Status, Withholding Payments (CPP, EI), Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Employer Health Tax.
  • Provide financial management and guidance on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.
