Job Description
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for:
On site daily - Hartford CountyWilling to roll up their sleeves / be on their feetOverseeing ground-up construction projectsLeading subsManaging peopleNOT responsible for:Buying out jobsHiring subsScheduling

3+ years of experience working on ground up construction projectsLocal to the Hartford, CT areaExcellent communication, customer service, and leadership skillsKnowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost-control proceduresStrong organizational and time management skillsWhat's on Offer
