We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analytics Process Architect to join our team, with a special focus on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) features within our technology products and business workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and documenting detailed business processes, identifying technical dependencies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires an understanding of conventional and generative AI technologies and their practical applications in FM Global business context, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Analytics Process Architect will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency by leveraging AI to enhance our products and streamline our processes, ultimately contributing to the company's strategic goals and competitive edge.

 

Expected Results

Clear and Comprehensive Documentation:

Produce detailed and precise documentation of business requirements for AI features.Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Accurate Identification of Technical Dependencies:

Identify and document technical dependencies related to AI capability implementation.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure all dependencies are understood and managed effectively.

Effective Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather insights and feedback.

Implementation of AI Features:

Support the coordination of AI-related projects to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.Work closely with development teams to monitor progress and address any issues or roadblocks.

Enhanced Business Workflows:

Identify opportunities for AI to streamline and optimize existing business workflows.Propose and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.

Alignment with Strategic Goals:

Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and contribute to competitive advantage.Provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Risk Management and Mitigation:

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with AI integration and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and corporate governance for AI initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and business analysis practices.Proactively suggest improvements and innovations based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

User Training and Support:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new AI features.Provide ongoing support and address any user concerns or questions.
Bachelor’s degree required10+ years of business process and/or business analysis experience3+ years of experience in project managementPrevious experience working with machine learning, predictive analytics, or artificial intelligence solutions

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Strong understanding of property insurance business concepts and processesExpert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, business processes improvement, and data analysisAI literate: able to understand and articulate artificial intelligence concepts, challenges, and capabilitiesData literate: able to understand and articulate data challenges and impacts on dependent analytics

SOFT SKILLS

Proven ability to multi-task and establish prioritiesExcellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skillsProven ability to provide direction to others and influence decisions madeProven ability to negotiate with business and information technology groups  

Compensation, Grade, and Job Title will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and technical skillset.
