Job Summary:

Our Night Auditor will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, and fully acquainted with local points of interest.  If you have a passion working with guests and providing them an Experience of a Lifetime, this is the perfect position for you 

 

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.76 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time and Part Time
  • Skill Level: Entry

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Front Desk Manager, Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms to provide the highest level of guest service.
  • Communicates effectively in writing and verbally to guest and team members to ensure that all details are taken care of.
  • Handling any guest comments or claims providing exceptional service and resolution. 
  • Function as a key associate providing the 1st impression of the hotel to each guest.
  • Support the maintenance and sanitation of the work spaces during the shift to ensure a safe work environment, compliance with applicable regulations and protection of the physical asset 
  • Monitor KIPSU and ensure that all guests’ needs are taken care of in advance and a sense of welcome is conveyed. 
  • Provide guest services in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times by creating the WOW experience
  • Focus on providing world-class service for every guest at every opportunity. 
  • Create the "WOW" factor at their first impression - arrival at the hotel. 
  • Be aware of VIP guests and communicate this to staff 
  • Support all aspects of the operation, engineering, housekeeping, front desk, guest services, during the overnight hours to support guest needs.
  • Correctly process and accurately record all accounting functions to protect the hotel and its guests from fraud and liability. 
  • Audit, balance, post and report on all lines of business in a timely manner to support optimal operations. 
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required. 
  • Successfully complete other duties as assigned.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive production through completion
  • Ability to work successfully in a strong team environment
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly - required

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
