Job Summary:

As a Night Auditor at Vail Resorts, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from pre-arrival to departure. This includes managing guest reservations, reconfirming bookings, and providing personalized recommendations for local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, restocking supplies as needed
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments and teams
  • Follow daily procedures and accurately complete all reports
  • Stay up-to-date on all resort amenities, services, and properties
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
