    Role will report directly to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and will handle the following:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, side letters, non-disclosure and other legal agreements
Reviewing marketing materials for regulatory compliance, handling a variety of other contracts as neededAdvise on the structuring of fund formation, and related documentationProvide support in reference to compliance and regulatory filingsAssist in managing outside counselHandle other matters as they arise
