  • Responsible for leading transformation projects within the Industrial and Process Automation planning organization.
  • Requires with deep knowledge across E2E supply chain planning areas (SIOP / Demand Planning/ Downstream Planning/ Upstream Planning / Supply & Inventory / Replenishment/ Logistics)
  • Lead cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
  • Supports CTO/ETO/MTS cluster plants in developing & implementing standard processes within supply chain planning.
  • Conducts Data analysis to assess supply/demand risks including best/worst case scenarios, and coordinate action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Identifies hidden areas of opportunity for business process improvement to improve customer satisfaction or balance supply and demand.
  • Takes initiative and follows through to implement high impact projects.
  • Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives including production transfers, new product introductions and withdrawals.
  • Monitors and reports key sales and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data.

    What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

     

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related discipline required.
8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain strategies or networks that address supply/demand gaps in support of business goals.Expertise in Supply chain tools and systems including ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Forecasting tools such as Kinaxis, o9 or Coupa Communication and leadership skills.Lean manufacturing experience a plus.Supply Chain Certification is a plus (ASCM such as CPIM, CSCP, CLTD or ISM CPSM, APSM)
