We are looking for a creative, strategic, and driven Social Media Copywriter with excellent organization, a clear communicator and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for writing strong brand social copy for our Consumer Social Media team that attracts and engages target audiences. You will deliver unique copy that delivers our brand message across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, while utilizing best practices for how consumers consume content for each platform.
To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for social media and a relentless thirst for telling a compelling Consumer brand story that drives engagement with consumers. You understand the value of a brand and are passionate about executing brand-building programs in social media. You have experience developing copy that will communicate messaging using language specific to different generations (Millennial-Boomers). You also have strong SEO keyword optimization writing skills to drive more views on social posts and are actively engaged on social media to stay up to date on emerging trends. You are strategic, creative, data-driven, and you love to experiment and iterate to find what works. You have a track record of delivering outstanding results in a way that garners respect from your team members.
In addition, you will:

• Write copy that is on brand to serve and engage the Achieve consumer on all organic social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Interpret creative direction from briefs into copy that converts
• Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency in content and copy across all channels and assets
• Stay up to date with copy trends and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention
• Use insight and analytics to understand current performance and future opportunities

Qualifications
Experience (the tangibles and intangibles)

• At least 3-4 years experience supporting or building a Consumer brand in social media.
• Experience writing with SEO in mind, while engaging consumers and drive conversations.
• Background: English, Journalism, or Marketing degree preferred
• Strategic thinker - able to articulate strategic plans that drive engagement and conversations.
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, proofreading, and time management skills
• Creative and Innovative - able to think outside the box and see opportunities to differentiate messaging that will connect with different audiences on Social.
• Media/Social Media savvy - you are passionate about social media, you live and breathe it, you've got your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and what brands and creators are doing.
• Relevant creative development experience in consumer financial services preferred - in banking, lending, debt solutions, or fintech.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to build relationships and partner with cross-functional team members.
• You thrive on being an advocate for a great company. You are passionate about doing the right thing by our customers, our employees, and our community
• Forward-thinking and optimistic, with experience within established or evolving brand platforms and expressions.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year plus bonus and benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
