We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at [Company Name], a reputable real estate title company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of title agents and facilitating the smooth operation of our office. This role requires communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Title Processing Support: Assist with the processing of real estate title transactions, including reviewing documents, verifying property information, and coordinating with title examiners, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems for title documents, contracts, deeds, and other legal paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, providing updates on title transactions, and addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Scheduling and Coordination:

Schedule appointments, closings, and meetings for clients, real estate agents, and title examiners, coordinating logistics and ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input data into company databases and software systems, such as title software and CRM systems, to update records, track transactions, and generate reports as needed.

Office Management: Assist with general office duties, including managing incoming calls, sorting mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on properties, land records, and legal regulations to support title examination and transaction processes, as well as to provide information to clients and stakeholders.
