Our client is currently seeking a Benefits Admin
Job Description:

1.Day to day administration of benefits programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401K and pensions.

2.Lead annual enrollment planning, testing, execution and auditing in UKG.

3.Handle all benefit related invoices and partner with internal teams to ensure payment of invoices.

4.Assists in the preparation of employee benefits guides and other benefits communications.

5.Ensure US benefits operate in compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA and ACA.

6.Provide guidance and advise employees regarding benefits eligibility, provisions and other matters related to Benefits.

7.Partners with Benefits team members and Payroll to ensure proper benefits deductions are occurring with each payroll process.

8.Leave of Absence administration (FMLA and non FMLA leave).

9.Handles benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution. Maintains contact in person, by phone or mail, with hospitals, physicians, insurance companies, employees/Partner, retirees, terminated employees and beneficiaries to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees/Partners.

10.Manage Canadian Health and Welfare, Retirement Plan, and Disability programs.

Skills & Abilities

1.Experience with UKG Benefits Administration

2.Effective time management skills to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3.Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in Excel.

4.Basic knowledge of ERISA, employee benefit programs, and leave of absence administration.
