Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial estimating.Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
