The role involves driving action plans to implement these procedures, understanding the flow of engineering change orders to identify gaps, and improving the process for qualifying new materials. The candidate will also manage the product lifecycle from pilot feasibility to production, involving key stakeholders, and work primarily with thermoplastics and various additive fillers.

Hard Skills

  • Product lifecycle management experience in manufacturing, preferably with thermoplastics

  • Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

  • Experience taking products from phase one to launch

  • Experience mapping out approval processes utilizing engineering change orders

  • Experience implementing quality procedures (ISO standards are relevant)

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

This is a fully on-site position in Hilliard, Ohio.

Work Environment

Working on-site with the Quality team, reporting directly to the VP of Quality.
