Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer with MTSI, you will be part a team developing software for the AFRL/RVSX Commercial SRT (Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Tracking) team. This is a 100% remote position with headquarters located at Catalyst Campus in Colorado Springs, CO.

 

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to developing:

Full Stack applications with emphasis on front-end UI expertise.User Interfaces from UI/UX design.Back-end API features for data access.Software using Test Driven Development.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of  full stack development experience with an emphasis on front-end development.Experience using React.JS, Node.js, TypeScript, and PSQL.Experience using Agile methodologies to develop software.Ability to work efficiently on small, distributed teams.

Desired Requirements:

Next.JS experience.Node.JS Express experience.DevSecOps utilizing test-driven development.Gitlab.Familiar using AWS Services such as EC2, S3 Bucket, RDS, IAM, SQS, etc.  

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Clearance Requirements:

None to start, (Secret Eligible).U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $100,000/year to $130,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract wages, job- related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
